Memphis Grill Repair & Service
Stainless pellet grills with Wi-Fi, convection fans and a direct-flame insert, sold as built-ins and carts.
About Memphis
Memphis Wood Fire Grills makes pellet grills in 304 stainless steel. Like other pellet grills, they feed hardwood pellets into a burn pot, but they can also reach 700 degrees, and a direct-flame insert lets you sear. Most models come as a built-in head for an outdoor kitchen or on a freestanding cart.
The current lineup centers on the ITC3 grills: the 39 inch Elite with a dual-bin hopper for mixing pellet flavors, and the smaller 28 inch Pro. Both use a convection fan, a secondary-combustion system Memphis calls IntelliBurn, and Wi-Fi monitoring through an app. Memphis also sells the Elevate line, plus access doors, drawers and islands. Its grills cost several times more than a typical pellet grill, so buyers are usually homeowners who want a pellet smoker that looks and installs like a luxury outdoor kitchen appliance. Memphis sits in the premium tier of the pellet grill market.
History
Memphis Wood Fire Grills was founded in 2009 under Dalsin Industries, a Minnesota sheet metal fabricator. Its first high-end pellet grill came out in 2010 and won a Vesta Award. Around 2016 the grills gained large screens and Wi-Fi temperature control. Memphis was later bought by Superior Equipment Solutions (SES) of City of Industry, California, which owns Alfresco, Artisan and Capital. SES said it planned to move Memphis production to its California factory and to sell through its Alfresco and Artisan dealer network.
